We'll soon be having garden fresh broccoli!
I'm also beginning to think the other two plants we thought were broccoli (I grabbed 3 plants in the same area not carefully looking at the labels) are really cauliflower. Dang! Oh well, we'll make something with it!
i love cauliflower! last thanksgiving i tried replacing about a third of my mashed potatoes with cauliflower and it tasted exactly the same! this year i'm planning to try half and half or maybe even some that is all cauliflower. i hated it as a kid, but i love it now, it's also great roasted - soaks up the flavor of whatever sauce you use with it!
